Printing

Tex-Trude operates a multitude of printers throughout our facilities, both in-line in our monolayer and co-extrusion, and also our print department. The majority of our monolayer lines have one color, one side, random repeat capabilities for printing on industrial bags, sheeting and tapes. All of our co-extrusion lines have 6-color stack press capabilities up to a 72” repeat.

Tex-Trude also operates an out-of-line print department located adjacent to our film production facilities in Channelview, Texas. In this department, we operate additional 6-color stack presses with repeat capabilities up to 72” as well as a 6-color CI Press for any process print needs. The CI Press has a printing web width of 58” and a print repeat of 42”.

Some of the industries served through our print department are horticultural packaging, resin and chemical packaging, batch inclusion sheeting and bags, and vertical form fill and seal applications.
